Minutes Secretary

We require a volunteer to take minutes at our management committee meetings. These meetings usually last about 2 hours and take place every two months at the Volunteer Centre, alternating between 11am on Mondays and 4.30pm on Thursdays. We would prefer you to become a trustee of the charity at the same time, although this is not essential. This is an unpaid role, but we will pay mileage expenses (currently 40p per mile) or your bus fare if applicable.

Committee Members

We currently have vacancies for local people to serve on our Management Committee. This involes becoming a trustee and director of our charity which is also a company limited by guarantee. Skills and experience in the voluntary sector would be really useful to us as well as knowledge in management and business.
