Allotment Project

We run an allotment project in Atherstone where volunteers grow crops for the local community.

Recently we have teamed up with the North Warwickshire Citizens Advice Bureau. We send bags of the vegetables to their offices in Welcome Street in the town so they can give them out to clients.

Manager of the Citizens Advice Bureau Carol Musgrave says “ As another voluntary based organisation we were only too happy to work with the Volunteer Centre on this exciting, unique project. Our clients were surprised, but delighted to get given the vegetable bags along with their advice"
