Welcome,
Have a look at the Stop Press for the events and news
Volunteering to help others can change a person's life. YOURS.
Volunteering is anything but dull, and it brings the chance to meet new people, gain new skills, and above all, to help others.
You name it, they need it, organisations are looking for people to help save canals and historic houses; to do painting and decorating; theatrical work; help children; help schools; to run offices.Everyone has a skill that can be used, which will benefit the lives of others in your community. If not the right skill maybe they can train you!
Just a couple of hours a week can make all the difference. What are you waiting for ?!
