Dordon B.O.B Hub is set to launch

Dordon B.O.B Hub is holding its launch day on Monday 9th December between 2PM and 4PM. The launch event will be to promote the services offered by the B.O.B  Hub and to recruit new volunteers to help run it.

Anybody wishing to volunteer for a session each week, where they would assist any visitors to the Hub in using the facilities offered is asked to contact the Volunteer Centre on 01827 717 073. Volunteers will be offered training and will have the opportunity to learn all about their local community.

The Hub offers people the chance to access services in their local village without having to travel into the main North Warwickshire towns.  Members of the public can also gain free access to computers to help with job searches or to find out more about services available to them in North Warwickshire.

The launch at Dordon Village Hall, where the Dordon B.O.B Hub is based will have stalls from organisations in the main hall and anybody wishing to find out more about volunteering is invited to come along and speak to somebody on the day.  There are B.O.B Hubs all around North Warwickshire and if you have a hub in your village and would like to volunteer you are also welcome to come along to this event or just pop in to your local hub and ask to use the free phone to contact the Volunteer Centre.

If you want to know more information or cannot make it on that day please contact Adam Farrell on 01827 717 073 or pop into any of the B.O.B Hubs to use the Freephone to contact the Volunteer Centre North Warwickshire.
