Don’t be one of the twelve million people in the UK still not making the most of the Internet.
From the 15th – 28th February it is Be Online – a national campaign that aims to help people across the country improve their digital skills.
The Volunteer Centre North Warwickshire want to help and that’s why we have set up a number of free computer training sessions across North Warwickshire, Nuneaton and Bedworth. People can try out Learn My Way – a free online learning platform. At www.learnmyway.com there are hundreds of courses to help with the basics like emailing, internet searches, applying for jobs and booking a doctor’s appointment.
Training is being held at:
Mancetter Hub - Thursdays 10 – 12pm
Hartshill Hub – Tuesdays 2 – 4pm from the 1st March – 5th April 2016
Coleshill Library Hub - Wednesdays 10 – 12 from the 2nd March – 6th April 2016
Coleshill Hub - Wednesdays 10 – 12 until the 17th February 2016
Bromford Hub (for adults with learning disabilities) – Tuesdays 12.30 – 2.30pm
Water Orton Hub – Tuesdays 10 – 12 until the 8th March 2016
We are also running training in the Nuneaton and Bedworth area.

Whitestone Doctors Surgery – Wednesdays 11 – 1pm
Nuneaton Library – Tuesdays 12.30 – 2.30pm
Bedworth Library – Mondays – 12.30 – 2.30pm

We are looking for more groups of people / locations to run courses with. If you are a group / organisation, working with people who might benefit from a session, please get in touch. Leanne and Bill run the sessions and they can also bring along the internet and laptops as well. We cover all of North Warwickshire, Nuneaton and Bedworth.
